Warranty & Returns

At Rocket Orthopedic, we stand behind the quality of our orthopedic braces and supports. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer the following return and warranty policy.

1. Warranty for Manufacturer Defects and Product Issues

All Rocket Orthopedic braces and supports are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the expected working lifetime of the product from the date of purchase.

  • If your product exhibits a manufacturing defect or functional issue covered under this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team at support@rocketorthopedic.com or call us at (239) 202-8407 with your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem.

  • Upon approval, we will provide a credit, replacement, or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you (including prepaid return shipping label if required).

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper fitting, unauthorized modifications, or damage from accidents are not covered. 

2. Returns for Non-Defective Products

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of orthopedic braces and supports (which come into direct contact with the skin), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used, worn, altered, or opened products for reasons other than defects.

  • Eligible returns are accepted only for non-logo’d, unused, unworn, and unopened products in their original packaging and condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Logo’d products that were sent in error (e.g., Rocket shipped the wrong logo or product) are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To request a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support at support@rocketorthopedic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

  2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item shipped).

  3. Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

  • Custom-fitted, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, tried on, washed, or removed from protective packaging for hygiene reasons cannot be returned or refunded (except for warranty-covered defects).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or appear damaged due to customer handling.

4. Refunds

  • An account Credit will be provided for future purchases or open PO’s.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect item shipped or a defect upon arrival).
